IS Creative Kitchen is experimenting with food design and the pleasure of eating.
It also is the first Pop Up restaurant in Lima, the gastronomic capital of Latin America. Every Pop Up is a unique experience, so it is never repeated. Every time the Pop Up restaurant changes its location and its scenery. Coming to one gives you the opportunity to sit down and share a table with other people who have the same interest in food, are open to experiment something new and of course want to have fun.

Hackeamos un conocido restaurante de Pollos a la Brasa y aderezamos a pollos bebés con nuestras recetas. Pollos con personalidad propia, Pollo bohemio francés con mostaza dijon, pollo hipster norteño con sabores de huacatay, pollo hipster nikkei, y pollo hipster punk con tomate y pimientos picantes! toda una revolución.

El Pop Up Nº5 lo hicimos esta vez en un 5º piso con comida callejera de la capital Nipona.
Con vista al tren eléctrico y música japonesa además de Yakitoris, Okonomiyakis, Takoyakis, Yakisoba, Ichigo Daifuku, Sake de sabores, Cerveza japonesa…

Love me, kill me, eat me
Reinterpretamos el cuento de los hermanos Grimm, cada personaje un plato. Los comensales degustaron: Bellini de fresas, El increible Falso Carpaccio, Sopa de tomate con quesos de montaña, sorbete de manzana, enrollado de conejo a la naranja, tenderloin al horno con frambuesas, crocante de frutos rojos con helado artesanal, vinos etc. Transformamos un clásico restaurante barranquino en la casa de la abuela.
